Free Gift Tags for National Good Neighbor Day
September 28th is a national holiday in the United States called National Good Neighbor Day. In 1978 then-President Jimmy Carter signed a nationwide proclamation to promote the idea of good neighboring.
“Understanding, love and respect build cohesive families and communities. The same bonds cement our Nation and the nations of the world. For most of us, this sense of community is nurtured and expressed in our neighborhoods where we give each other an opportunity to share and feel part of a larger family.” Jimmy Carter
Here at NBS2GO, we LOVE this holiday! It is a great day to reach out to neighbors, show the love of Christ and communicate appreciation for them.
Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.
Colossians 3:12
